Jaeden Espinoza

Acquisitions Manager

As Acquisitions Manager, Jaeden is responsible for evaluating properties, coordinating inspections, and working closely with sellers throughout the early stages of the process.

He plays a key role in understanding property conditions, timelines, and seller goals to help structure solutions that align with each homeowner’s needs.

Raph De Leon

Transaction Closer

As the Transaction Closer, Raph manages the final stages of each deal, ensuring a smooth transition from contract to closing. He works directly with title companies, coordinates documentation, and helps guide transactions through escrow.

His focus is on clear communication, organization, and ensuring closings are completed efficiently and professionally.
